Tajikistan runs on 230 V at 50 Hz, with sockets following Types C and F. 230 V means no voltage converter – only the plug shape matters.
Handy for multi-stop trips: Lebanon, Indonesia, Azerbaijan and Mongolia use the same plug types. Watch out when moving on: Singapore, China and Japan use a completely different system. Across Asia this setup is common: 17 of 50 countries.

Earthed sockets (Type F) and unearthed ones (Type C) exist side by side. For metal-bodied appliances the protective-earth path is what matters.
